Mutiara Beach Resort features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Berakit. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after. There were mosquito repellents placed in the rooms - lotion, spray and citronella

Ten RooMs is situated in Teluk Bakau and offers a bar. Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. The staff were super accomodating and nice. They also helped us find fun things to do. They were also super nice about out early exit. Since our ferry left at 6am we had to leave ten rooms at 5am and they had woken up eraly to make us a to-go breakfast. The rooms were super clean when we got there and they were surprisingly comfortable. I also felt safe leaving my valuables there during the day when we were exploring the island.

Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.
