Easy check in and great location, 10 minute walk to Old Town Zadar, yet very quiet. Very new and modern facility and rooms. Great shower. So happy to have a television with streaming capability as choices for english speaking channels (even satellite) at most accommodations we stayed at were quite poor.

Offering sea views, Sun & Sea Residence is an accommodation set in Mlini, a few steps from Srebreno Beach and 600 metres from Sub City Shopping Centre. The standard of accommodation is superb. A very luxurious room for such a low price point. This is because it is their first season but for the price this was outstanding. The accommodation is right in the centre of Mlini and overlooks the beach with a lovely balcony and patio furniture. The owners are a lovely family and very helpful and responsive. In terms of location and value for money for this area, it just doesn't get any better.

Clean modern spacious comfortable well appointed. excellent breakfast. garden and pool area are lovely! only 100 meter walk to the water & promenade with lots of restaurants. elevator is amazing to help you with heavy suitcases! The Host Dino is wonderful. I can't say anything bad about this place, it's awesome!! I would come stay again.
