Easy check in and great location, 10 minute walk to Old Town Zadar, yet very quiet. Very new and modern facility and rooms. Great shower. So happy to have a television with streaming capability as choices for english speaking channels (even satellite) at most accommodations we stayed at were quite poor.

Offering sea views, Sun & Sea Residence is an accommodation set in Mlini, a few steps from Srebreno Beach and 600 metres from Sub City Shopping Centre. the apartments are really located on the beach. the beach is small pebbles, the bottom is sandy, the water is exceptionally clean - the most ideal beach in the resort. but if you want variety - there are several other beaches within walking distance. you don't have to plan your trip to the sea - at any time you can go out to the embankment in a swimsuit and this is a big saving of your time. the apartments are small, but everything you need is there and most importantly a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. a large supermarket is nearby. also the boat station is nearby and for 15 euros you can go for a walk to Dubrovnik and back. we noted many advantages for ourselves and thanks to the owners for a pleasant holiday in Croatia
