Ana’s breakfasts, inspired by Canarian flavors, were the perfect start to each day, and José’s dinners could easily belong in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I got to try local dishes I would never have discovered in a typical hotel. Huge thanks to Ana, José, and Chiara for creating such a special space.
