We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. If you’re planning to visit Naples, staying here will make your experience even more enjoyable. Thank you again to Isabel, her mother, and Mattia—you made us feel at home in Naples! - great location. Short walk to the train station which was so convenient! - comfy bed and pillows! Best sleep ever!!!! - tidy room and bathroom - we could use the shared kitchen; big fridge etc! - beautiful little terrace, perfect to relax with a glass of wine - air conditioning was wonderful! And kept us nice and cool - coffee, milk, juice, water and an assortment of pastries provided and kept topped up every other day.

Friendly staff who were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and offered multiple recommendations! Hotel was right in the heart of the city centre and very walkable to various attractions. Huge plus that they had an elevator up the hotel (useful if you have bulky luggage)

There were two terraces, a very big room bath, new all, centre, Toledo stop of metro, vodafone.and.iphone down, Iliyad, cafei, you can leave luggages, and the boss repair me my suitcase, all.was incredible, big TV, strong WiFi, numerous plugs, all is fabulous.

I loved the room it has so many mirrors and lights very convenient for girls getting ready,it was spacious and comfortable,the staff was incredibly nice and helpful in everything we asked spoke very good English and helped us with many recommendations. The room was overall clean and nice, the room is located in a very convenient area especially for people like us who visited Ischia the port is literally 8 min away on foot and the bus stop to the airport also 5-8 minutes on foot.

    Great location in a central but quiet area of Naples. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, the room was spacious and clean and great shower! Bonus point for the lovely breakfast of home-made cakes and fresh fruit that we were not expecting! We would definitely come back.

    Centro Storico location, convenient connections to all of Napoli main sights. The building is old, but it is charming and comfortable and clean. Internet is good. Emanuele is a great host 🙏🏻 And the garden, although still under construction, is amazing. It is quiet since the building is not directly on the street. Small boutique hotel, 6 rooms, very private. Archeological Museum is 5mins walk :)
