    Wendy was absolutely lovely and so helpful, gave us lots of great recommendations which we followed and enjoyed! Room was quiet and comfortable and guest house is in a great location close to the seafront. On-street parking with no restriction to front of hotel. Also really handy for shops, pubs etc.

    Great location, perfect for the event I was attending. Seafront one end of the road, town centre the other. Metro station an easy walk away. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Paul & Lee are very accommodating hosts. Ticked all the boxes, thank you 😊
