Super ocean view with good balcony. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Kitchen well appointed with new appliances. Laundry facilities great. Pool area was busy but had enough sun loungers. Direct access to the boardwalk and beach. Hotel has good coffee shop open until 10pm.

It was very clean, quiet as we seemed to be the only guests, right on the marsh with beautiful views and wildlife sightings. Close walking distance to fun restaurants.

Featuring a hot tub, Water's Edge Inn - Adults Only is located in Folly Beach. It is set 500 metres from Folly Beach and offers luggage storage space. Quaint island. Everything was exceptional and beyond comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour were extremely convenient. The robes they provide are luxurious! The golf cart to the beach and the bikes you can use are a plus. Prime location and very quiet. One of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. Ms Rhodes Room!
