While being central, the estate is quiet and not much noise from the surrounding area filters in. The room was very nice - quite large, well laid out, with a desk where I could use my laptop, a comfortable sofa, and a basic kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. The estate has a very nice pool which I used a few times. Mew and David were always available and helpful. The room was cleaned every second day, which was fine for me

Located in Sattahip and only 400 metres from Bang Saray Beach, Asia's Beach Apartments provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean,right in the middle of all that you need. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, many restaurants, bars,cafes,park. The owner,Frankie and his wife,Nut are awesome hosts,very friendly and gave us detailed information about what there is around Bang Saray. The room that we stayed in, on the top floor of the buildin was well appointed.It had large windows on two sides which was great for catching the refreshing sea breeze.The bed was super comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was as clean as new, with quality fixtures and the kitchenette was very handy with kettle, microwave,electric cooking hob,a good size fridge and all utensils. A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price 10/10.

This has been my 75th hotel in the last 18 years. That's why I've seen a little bit in my life and I can have an opinion. This is a very great offer. You get your own two-storey villa with everything you need. Everything has been thought out for you down to the smallest detail. There is a full range of appliances - a hair dryer, an iron, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, a grill, a gas cylinder, a large refrigerator. A large kitchen with a huge selection of all kinds of dishes - plates, bowls, any glasses and spoons. Each room has air conditioners and fans. A big TV with YouTube and Netflix (I don't know why you need it on vacation). Fast internet connection. Everything is so well-planned here that I still don't know what to find fault with. A magnificent swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The dining area is under a canopy outside and inside. Any little thing you can think of is already here. There are 4 7/11 shops and a large market with fruits and local food within a 5-minute walk. The beach is 10 minutes away. And it is much cleaner than in the center of Pattaya. It's incredibly quiet here. I only heard the voices of local animals. The owner is a very friendly person. Even before settling in, he was in touch and immediately left his contacts. The check-in was quick and contactless, which is also a big plus. The villa also has a cleaning service. There is everything here to stay for the whole season. We were vacationing with two children. They were absolutely delighted.

Jomtien Hill Resort Pratamnak is located in Pattaya South and has a plunge pool and city views. The property features pool and garden views, and is 800 metres from Paradise Beach. Like: very responsive, helpful host who address all concerns I had during a long stay. I enjoyed the washer, AC, large comfortable bed, quiet room for quality sleep. The cleaner came a couple times during my stay which was useful. Nice security at front gate to give an extra layer of security. Great location. I enjoyed some early morning walks on Jomtien beach and some very good restaurants close by. Away from the heavy party district but accessible. Dislike: a distance away from the malls but grab very affordable in Pattaya. no gym in the building but several gyms and kickboxing gyms within walking distance. I recommend battle conqueror. Very good price.
