it seems bit away from city though I think it is best location to stay. There are moore wilson and new world near by. you can go any where easily b/c most bus go though courney place. It is easy to visit oriental bay. place is clean and queit. heating system is great. you can wash clotheses and cook. so if you are staying long at wellington, I recommend this place.

The location is perfect! very close to the museum, harbour, new world supermarket, and cube street! everything is close! Also, very easy to communicate with the landlord, he responds quickly! Room is tidy and clean!

it was very clean. the location was really good right in the centre. we just struggled getting in at first but we read the messages again and there was the explanation…. the wifi is really good and it‘s comfortable

Pleasantly surprised with the unit we received This is an unmanned staying, so you get a pin and enter like that, our pin did not work, we rang the number and she sorted us out on 5 minutes

Although the building was old, it was quirky. Clean, beautiful views and plenty of space, different areas to hang out. Great wi-fi and hosts were helpful. Heaters and heat pump did the job of keeping it toasty. Plenty of hot water.

Beach front House is set in Wellington, less than 1 km from Te Papa Museum, 1.7 km from Basin Reserve Cricket Ground, as well as 1.6 km from TSB Bank Arena.
