The host Rachel and her husband are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very clean , modern and well maintained. Tea, coffee , biscuits and bottled water in our room too. We will definatley be staying again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!

Chalet was brilliant very cosy , only a couple of minor niggles but on the whole we enjoyed our break , easy parking and on site café/chipshop , also close to other small towns.Was tempted for a Christmas break but its expensive.
