I had to delay my check-in due to my child being sick, and Kari was incredibly prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. The room was very clean, and although the bedroom faces the street, it was surprisingly quiet. This is a very safe neighborhood, with a park right across the street. It's also very close to the old town center and perfect for walking, with street parking available. The house is well-equipped with various amenities, making our stay very convenient and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming Victorian-style home—many thanks to the host!

Ens van fer sentir com a casa des del primer segon, però alhora deixant-nos la nostra tranquil·litat i privacitat. Les instal·lacions són una passada, siguis o no fan de l'època i la temàtica de tota la decoració. Tot i que no hi entra esmorzar, ens van deixar dos gots amb llet per fer-nos un milkshake, llesques de pa per fer torrades, mantega, melmelada... Va ser la nostra última parada del nostre viatge als Estats Units, i n'estic segura que la recordarem sempre!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities needed (fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, coffee machine, walk in closet, bath). The property was well-kept and stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I highly recommend ViewPoint Suites for its great location, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality.

Featuring 5-star accommodation, South Lake Chalet Boutique Suites - walk to Heavenly & Lake Tahoe is set in South Lake Tahoe, less than 1 km from Lakeside Beach and 1.9 km from Tahoe Queen. When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.
