The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! Everything (including the washing machine) worked perfectly. The location is very convenient to get to via the TGM metro line. The host, Karim, was very kind accommodating.

Right in the middle of the Carthage attractions (which are scattered over several sites), the location could not be better. It is quiet and safe, has excellent wifi and a/c. The kitchen was well equipped, with thoughtful and useful items. There is a table inside, and better still one in the small quiet courtyard area. The hosts were welcoming and accepted payment in mixed currencies (useful when we were about to leave the country). Easy street parking. Good breakfast served at the time of your choice (8 a.m. for us, it gets hotter later). All this for a very low price.
