The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags when we checked out. There was a wahing machine/dryer free to use. The apartments also felt very safe and the outdoor door was locked as people came in and out

This is the best accommodation that we have ever had! We were in the big appartment T2 and felt really like home, as it has all facilities you need. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked a lot, as you get local fresh fish in Madalena for very good price). There are also barbecue facilities which we didn't use because it was rainy. You have an ocean view from every room and we really enjoyed those views, also watching the waves on a rainy day. We used the whirlpool too, which is shared by all the apartments. On most days, we were the only guests. The whirlpool has a sea view too, however, you cannot see much from there, as the cover is fogged up because of the steam. Stilm, the cover is good as it protects you from rain and wind. There are some cats outside coming and asking for food :) One day, we had a visit of lizards between the stones of one of the walls. Apparently, they were hiding from the rain (it was pouring outside). A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room. All in all: you have everything you need there. And also, the apartment is just nice: very good design additionally to the views that you have.

The host, Miguel, is very responsive and helpful. The location is in the outskirts of Madalena on a calm and quiet street. The town center and the harbour can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has everything travellers need, even a washing machine. I can definitely recommend BOA NOVA.

I'll just add thoughtful touches,, which are not visible in the photos (can confirm, that they really corespond the reality), but makes this place exceptional: 1)shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, 2) white bathrobes with seperate towels for sunbathing, 3) single-use toiletries, 4) basket of treats, 5) portable spotlight for night swiming in the pool and many more.

The aparthotel has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, the stuff helped us with everything we needed, and the view of pico mountain was amazing!
