It has separate bedroom with a cosy bed and a wardrobe. The mini kitchen in the main room is suitable for making light meals, it also has a big fridge. There is an air conditioning in the apartment and the bedroom has a stylish fan. There is a balcony in the apartment but we also enjoyed our morning coffee in the common area: a big terrace on our second floor with great view on the mountain. What was really unexpected for us is a short way down to the beach. It takes just 4 minutes to get there and the walk is really easy! The parking is available in front of the property.

The terrace was definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views that made every moment special. Another huge bonus was the location—just a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful part of the beach in all of Kallithea. It was the perfect spot for enjoying the sun and the sea, making our stay even more memorable.

The location is excellent, right across from the sea and situated on a street full of shops and restaurants. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to shorten our vacation. What truly stood out was the empathy and support we received from both the manager and the front desk staff — their kindness made a difficult moment much easier to bear. We’re truly grateful and would love to return!

The charming, newly decorated two-story villa offered an excellent stay in the village center. The owner was very polite and helpful, doing his best to ensure our comfort. Enjoying drinks on the balcony while watching the sunset created unforgettable memories. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The location is great, and the accommodation is very nice and spacious. The host Giannis was very kind and helpful. The only thing was missing were mosquito nets on windows, but apart from that everything else met our expectations and would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.
