You are always there for your guests) The apartment we stayed in is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has separate bedroom with a cosy bed and a wardrobe. The mini kitchen in the main room is suitable for making light meals, it also has a big fridge. There is an air conditioning in the apartment and the bedroom has a stylish fan. There is a balcony in the apartment but we also enjoyed our morning coffee in the common area: a big terrace on our second floor with great view on the mountain. What was really unexpected for us is a short way down to the beach. It takes just 4 minutes to get there and the walk is really easy! The parking is available in front of the property.

Another huge bonus was the location—just a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful part of the beach in all of Kallithea. It was the perfect spot for enjoying the sun and the sea, making our stay even more memorable.

500 metres from Pefkohori Beach, Nioplias Luxury Apartments Pefkohori is a recently renovated property situated in Pefkohori and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property has city views and is 2.7 km from Paralia Glarokabos and 2.7 km from Hanioti Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Everything about our stay here was excellent. The room was cleaned everyday. The owner was very kind, friendly and also available for whatever we needed. Additionally, the apartment had all the necessary stuff and tools for staying. I’d absolutely recommend this place!
