Our apartment on the fourth floor was sunny and warm, with two balconies. Our daughter slept on the fold out bed and then we asked for a twin bed in our room which was more comfortable for all. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they really want the guests to have a good time. Hotel has a small garden and a large lobby, very convenient for travel with kids. Well located near two tram stops (Jean Medecin and Durandy) you have lots of sights and transit options to see nearby. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen to cook if you don't feel like dining out, even had local friends over for dinner one evening. Good for families and people with kids.

Everything was great! We had an amazing stay, the location was perfect for a holiday in Menton, and the apartment has everything you need. Very beautifully designed, and modern interior. The bathroom is modern and excellent - everything works, everything is clean. The apartment is on the first floor and the street is accessible by escalator, which helps. It is literally a few meters to Monaco and the cafe de paris. Excellent responsiveness from the owner / host. I will definitely stay again.
