I can't believe is just 4 stars. Should be higher than 4 stars I rate. My boy love it so much. Rooms is clean and bigger than I expected. Location just less than 25 mins i can visit most famous places. If I visit Rome again, definitely will stay this hotel again. Will recommend to my friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel! Great central location but the rooms were so quiet. The staff were amazing, lovely simple breakfast and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel has been beautifully designed and well thought out with little touches that make a huge difference. Really, really great choice for Rome. We will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this impeccably clean and cozy apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials — the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your favorite meals, and the spacious bathroom even includes a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The location couldn't be better. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Conca d’Oro metro station, so navigating Rome was a breeze. Also a night bus station is only across the street. Additionally, there's a supermarket just 350 meters away and a charming ice-cream café, along with a variety of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to reach the Colosseum and historical part of Rome in just 20 minutes via metro. A standout feature of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host, Pietro. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with helpful advice and insider tips on where to go in Rome, including some hidden gems not found in the usual travel guides. His recommendations truly made my solo journey more enriching and memorable. Overall, this apartment is a perfect retreat for any solo traveler or couples looking to explore Rome comfortably and independently. Highly recommended!

    Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

    Quiet Neighborhood but close to attractions with access to Bus and Metro Regional Trains, great hosts friendly and available. Lovely apartment, terrific penthouse lots of space and great views and access via loft also. Great restaurants and and also supermarkets close by.

The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station. The condominium and neighborhood are very peaceful, with good shops nearby.
