Very clear instructions for checking-in. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - we are big fans of Sybil (and Dimitri)! Sybil was especially helpful and thoughtful - she is a treasure! The apartment was thought-out - with things labelled and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment was spanking clean when we checked in! Wonderful. We also love the central location of the aparthotel - very convenient with many metro and train to the airport.

    Location is excellent! It looks onto a courtyard and it's very quiet despite being in a buzzing area. There are a lot of really cool bars and restaurants around but it's also well connected to the rest of the city. We didn't use the kitchen much as it was a short stay but it has a good coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom has two sinks which can be handy if you are sharing the flat with a few people. It's a typical Parisian apartment (in a good way).

    Spacious flat in an excellent location. Unlike many anonymous rental properties, the apartment was someone's home with a distinct personality. The balcony would have been an obvious plus were we not there in a wet January. The quirky decor was fascinating.
