The staff were very helpful, with enough English to manage all our requirements. Arranged pickup and drop to station which was a help given our luggage. There is a corner store directly across the road and a large supermarket a few hundred metres. With Yandex we had no problem getting to and from the hotel. The standard rooms are very comfortable but we updated to one of the junior suites which was incredibly spacious: it was not available on booking.Com but we were able to request with the hotel at a very reasonable additional cost Breakfast is included and is excellent. Different of course to an American breakfast but lots of choice.
