Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit eigenem Kühlschrank und das Bad sauber und modern. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hat einen separaten Privatbereich. Er ist sehr unaufdringlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beim Check-In (Klingeln an Pforte) muss man die Appartement-Nummer 007 angeben, da das Gebäude mehrere Wohnungen hat.
