I typically don’t do surveys, but this requires a survey. I was bounced from three rooms because of the conditions of the room sheets were filthy somewhere wet they were dirty some had mold and others just had hair and other bodily fluid on it. The rooms are completely outdated. The linen is filthy. The overall aesthetic should not be considered basic Holiday Inn motel Inn, etc. would provide you with a small shampoo or soap. None of that was available in either room. The heat was broken on two of the rooms and the third had a small leak with a garbage bucket catching the water. That place should be taken off any advertisement on any website it should be reviewed by the Better Business Bureau and it should be closed. It was a basic one night stay and it was not worth the stay not only they didn’t even honor the price that was posted online she wanted to charge more Even with a late check-in. It was less than a 10 hour stay and the entire ordeal was got wrenching and horrible. No sense of customer service at all.

La gente ew.muy amable y culta, sus calles.son limpias y hermosas. Hay muchos arboles y el clima es agradable. Buenos restaurantes y Malls...Es genial para vivir. Lo unico es hacia las 4 pm el trafico se pone complicado. Hay una pluralidad de etnias que la hacen fantastica..Hermosa ciudad
