Set 21 km from National Liberty Museum, Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Mt. American Airlines canceled our flight from Rome on December 6 and rescheduled the flight yo December 7. I sent a message to Booking. com not to cancel our reservation and that we would be arriving on December 7 instead. When we arrived at the Hampton Inn we eeee told our reservation was in fact canceled. Fortunately the Hampton Inn had a room for us but we were required to pay for that room even though we had already paid for two nights through Booking.com. The Hampton Inn told us that we had to contact Booking.com for a refund for being charged twice for the room. Our reservation number was 4725704372. Kindly issue the refund for the double payment for the night of December 7 to our original method of payment. Thank you

Liked location Has gone downhill badly since became Sonesta. used to go there all the time when it was Candlewood. Haven't been there for two years room was so filthy. Went to Holiday Inn Express. The were booked. On internet it said your were newly renovated. So I tried it. Won't go back even for free. Florence Haines PS Staff did their very best.

This place was very nice. Easy to book and smooth check-in. The smell when I first walked into the place was very pleasant. the staff were very friendly. the room was clean, spacious, and lovely. the AC and heating work well. The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the room was nice, I felt like I was in a small apartment. The food and drink at the bar were good and the prices were good as well. The free breakfast was more than I expected and tasted very good. I also found this place central to all the locations I needed to attend. My Husband and I loved it.

Mt. Laurel is a great place to stay if you are visiting friends and family. Also if you want a fast venue into the city of Philadelphia, it is in a good location. Shopping and eateries are available for every need and every one.

I didn't come as a tourist.
I didn't come as a tourist. I came only for a funeral and there was great access via Rte 73 to get to the funeral home. I live in Southern MD and would have been impossible to be on time for funeral without coming up the night before

It was a good location.
It was a good location. Advertised as fully equipped kitchen, but there was nothing in the kitchen area. We had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee. Breakfast was very sparse - a granola bar and small muffin. Room was very dated, I.e., cabinet doors falling off, shower over tub.
