It’s a quiet air b and b with family values. All the family get involved Chris and Sue are good hosts helped along with his mum and daughter. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options . The fruit was from the local farm shop. The room was kept cool with a large fan . The shower was powerful with nice new towels and toiletries available in the large ensuite . The room had a large lounge outside the room shared with one other suite . B and B has about 9 rooms with plenty of parking outside. Great location for Cathederal of the pines where we attended a wedding . The Benjamin is surrounded by fields and a distant farm . The Famous Kimballs restaurant just down the road with over 50 homemade icecream great chicken tenders and burgers with a gift shop .

I don't know how those reviews happened because this place was perfect for an escape in Peterborough.
