The air conditioning in my room unfortunately didn't work well, so when I called the front desk at 1am, they sent a technician, and they brought up a fan right away. Great service, large spacious showers, and also a great fitness centre with dumbbells up to 30kg.

His family provided me much help when I was checking in (carrying luggage under 40 degrees weather), and directions when I was leaving for the bus station (Otogar).
