The hotel is close to Kaufland (1 minute) and close to the city center by car (9 minutes). The atmosphere at the hotel was joyful and pleasant by the staff. We highly recommend Kosice Hotel, worth your money.

And having read in some comments about closeness to cemetery, I don't understand the problem - the property is surrounded by a garden plant centre, there is nothing somber about it.
