The city in winter period is really charming, the snow covers all the streets and the Arctic Hotel is close toall the attaction of Lulea, less than 5 minutes walk far from the main street. The restaurant for dinner was superb as were the lunch snacks at recption. the staff were very helpful with any questions, the room was comfortable
