We really had a great stay. Such a nice idea to check-in here if you have a long layover. The staff Rojilyn, Dipak, Dave, Drew & Chandra are well educated. This is such a recommendable lounge!

Our experience with the guest services concierge was outstanding, particularly thanks to Mr. Ramzi. Everything was top-notch: the delicious food, beautifully maintained rooms, prompt room service, and the wide range of activities available. We also loved the atmosphere, food, and the staff at Riva’s Italian cuisine and Ted’s American Diner was great too, and the magic shows were a fun surprise. Thanks to Ishaque, Nauaju, and Arbaj.

We had limited time as we only had 9 hour layover. Would definitely do it again. Was so worth it.

As someone who travels frequently for business and leisure, and is used to high international standards, I can confidently say this hotel is operating at a top-tier level. Location, facilities, pools, and above all – the staff – absolutely first-class. Everything is thoughtfully designed, modern, and immaculately maintained. The service is warm, professional, and consistently attentive – whether at the front desk, by the pool, or in the restaurants. Hospitality here is clearly not just a word, but a lived value. The food? Simply outstanding. A wide variety, fresh ingredients, and creative dishes. From breakfast to dinner, everything was on point. I particularly appreciated the mix of international options with refined local touches. Even as a frequent traveler, I discovered new culinary highlights. That said – we’re giving this hotel a full 100 out of 100. The positives far outweigh the few minor issues. We felt incredibly well taken care of, enjoyed every moment, and left with nothing but great memories.
