The property was perfect for our group with mixed age group from 70, 50, 20s, & teenagers. Having so much to entertain the younger members - spa, pool table, swimming pool, table tennis, bbq meant we didn't have to go out to entertain younger members all day. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. All spaces had such generous appliances. Directly across the road from the airport for those flying in and out of there. If looking for a property in Rotorua you must stay here! I note they can lock doors off to make smaller spaces for smaller groups but we had whole property for large group & we loved it. Beautiful views out to the lake & was cool to watch planes coming in & out of the tarmac. Although on highway & across from airport, house well soundproofed so noise not an issue.
