The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar had good food and was quite lively. The hotel is right at the airport and was just a five minute walk to the airport terminal.

The front office reception staff member by name Cherry (Indonesian Girl) was incredibly helpful, caring and personally invested in her job. I had a bad night sleep in the room 2316 (not because of room but because of my long journey) and I had a late night flight back again so I needed some rest. Cherry not only understood my situation but was very helpful to my request and granted me a few hours late checkout so that I could rest and recuperate. Apart from this she was extremely polite and very pleasant to deal with. Next the lady at the breakfast was again very helpful and caring to my request as my wife had to leave at 6am. Cheers to both the staff members as both were Amazing, helpful and customer oriented
