It was great for our 1 week stay before we flew out of the city. We had no car but it was manageable to lug our luggage from La Port to the Domestic side of the Airport by following the recommended route. Just be careful and mindful of the cars on the road.

Was good to have easy access to the airport and not having to take multiple trains.

Accommodated me leaving my suitcases in the room hours before I checked in, for which I was very grateful! Very friendly and helpful staff, made my life and trip easy, thank you! I was also grateful for the provisions of instant coffee & soup, bottled water, toiletries, and a phone charger. I will stay again next time I’m in Japan!!

Ich war nur für ein Wochenende in Fukuoka und das hat auch so gepasst. Länger wäre villeicht zu langweilig gewesen. Man kann tolle Ausflüge in die Natur / zu Tempeln machen. Die Öffentlichen Transportmittel sind gut, schnell und verständlich. Es gibt auch eine Strasse mit lokalen Essensständen. Und die Menschen sind sehr respektvoll und hilfreich.

Eine moderne, lebendige Stadt mit ganz vielen Dingen, die man erst auf den zweiten Blick wirklich richtig mögen kann, aber dann umso mehr. Interessante Architektur, spannendes Nachtleben, tolle Bars, aber auch Entspannung und Meer. Im November hätte man durchaus noch baden können. Super Theater und Museen (!!!), entspanntes Shopping und gutes Essen. Im Sommer sicher sehr voll....

Leider waren wir nur auf Itoshima und hatten zu wenig Zeit um auch noch die stadt Fukuoka zu sehen. Ich war aber nicht das erste mal da und kenne Fukuoka als eine sehr schöne Stadt.

Wir hatten leider kein besonderes Wetter, die Stadt ist riesig es gibt viel zu sehen. Ein Ausflug nach Nokoshima einer vorgelagerten Insel kann ich empfehlen die Blumenpracht im Inselpark dort ist eine Augenweide.

Ich empfehle jeden Fukuoka gesehen zu haben. Wunderschöne Stadt. Viel Meer und viele Berge, definitiv auch weniger überrannt von Touristen. Ich würde wieder hin.

Fukuoka ist eine sehr lebendige und interessante Stadt.
Fukuoka ist eine sehr lebendige und interessante Stadt. Die Kombination aus traditioneller japanischer Kultur und modernem Stadtleben macht sie einzigartig. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Ohori Park, der Fukuoka Tower und die leckeren Ramen in der Stadt. Auch das Nachtleben ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind praktisch, aber manchmal kann es in den Stoßzeiten etwas voll werden. Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war, dass viele Orte nicht so gut auf Englisch eingestellt sind, was die Kommunikation teilweise schwierig gemacht hat. Trotzdem würde ich Fukuoka jederzeit wieder besuchen und kann die Stadt sehr empfehlen!
