A spectacular residence with amazing pool area and views!! Bedroom initially really needed to be aired. They kindly moved me as there was no screens on windows and mosquitoes a plenty. Second room was better. I wasn’t sure how to get hot water in the bathroom. I felt like the kitchen and restaurant service needed serious improvement. Haiti is relaxed but a few staff didn’t show professionalism or care for customers. Air conditioning when its on is good but generator turned off on my last night snd I had to sleep on a lounge outside my room for cool air.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the security team to the server at the restaurant. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The space felt more like an apartment, spacious and open. The breakfast was fine too.
