Location is great, 2 min from the sunset beach. The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We had a second floor room with a balcony ( partial sea view). Room is freshly renovated in beach/sea colors. Well appointed with nice personal care products, a mini fridge and robes. Bikes are also available. Dog friendly!!

I have been visiting Montauk my entire life and will continue. Now my grown kids come on their own. A fishing/beach town that has amped up its game..boutiques, 4 star chefs, great lodging. But at the end of the day it is the beach. If you stay in a hotel on the beach side, town is right there & you dont need to ever move your car till you go home! Grab a coffee from the Bake Shoppe, and a wrap from Joni's..wander over and spend the day in the sand & surf. Shop at Land Shark for you sweatshirts or Kai Kai for flip flops, blankets & Ray Bans, head over to Duryea for sunsets & the best salads & lobster dinners..end the night with mini golf & ice cream at John's Drive in. Writing this makes me want to jump in the car and head back there.

Montauk is great. A Wave Inn not great.
Montauk is great. A Wave Inn not great. The rooms while clean are for husband and wife used to sleeping in a tiny Hard bed and 1 kid. I was with my 2 older sons, none of whom wanted to sleep close to each other or me in a tight bed. Therefore I ended up sleeping in the car. Also, to make sure they make up for unsold rooms they have some undesirable tenants living on premises. There is no way to get in tough with anyone who works there after 6 or so. If you have a problem you are on your own. I wouldnt go back there if the room was free.

Motel ran out of pool towels and coffee pods. We had a view of pool and could see the sound too. 👍 Our neighbors were fighting and very loud. Had to drive into town. Nothing walking distance. Ate at the Inlet, one of my favorite places!

We have been going to Montauk for 50 years and this is the first time we have seen so many small shops and restaurants near Gosman’s dock closed. When we asked a local fisherman on the dock what has happened to the businesses he said that the town has gone down. Famous Salivars restaurant is now only open on the weekends etc…
We went to John’s Pancakes for breakfast and it was empty. Anthony’s across the street was packed??

The shuttle bus from East Hampton to Montauk is only 75cts !
I went to the Harbor and the Docks...to eat plenty of mussels.
Lovely
I had a beach front king size bed. had a balcony looking over the ocean. I loved the property, it was relaxed, offered anything you could want, but had a chill vibe compared to Gurneys. Not a "scene", not pretentious. Small enough to walk around, quiet, comfortable seating everywhere. Best place I've stayed in Montauk, will definitely return!
We had the best room since I started going to the Montauk Manor.
It overlooked the lake and the view from our balcony was amazing! Beautiful sunset.
I wish I could get this room all the time. The food in restaurant was delicious. The pool was great.
I would highly recommend the Montauk Manor.
We had a pleasant experience and we rested a lot, the room was very clean, everything organized, spacious, we stayed in a room with two beds. The pool space is very nice. Nearby there are places to have breakfast and buy food. Montauk is a spectacular place and our stay here was very good
I liked the easy walk to the beach & the grounds. The kitchen was well equiped. I liked the pool and the evening food truck was a wonderful surprise. The bath house facilities were just what we needed since we spent the afternoon on the beach after we checked out
Centrally located, super comfortable bed, clean room, nice staff, great spa bath!. There are umbrellas, chairs and beach towels that you can take to the beach (which is really 20 steps away from the hotel). Also, the pool is really nice and warm!!
The Montauk Blue is right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The location is wonderful as you are right on the beach, and you wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand. What could be more spectacular?
I stayed at the hotel on July 24th and the 25th. My sister got very sick the night of the 25th. The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice and extended our checkout to 12:30 so my sister could sleep. I am very grateful to her!
The space was perfect for three adults staying one night. We had a fantastic sunset view. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was too windy to sit on and fully enjoy the balcony, but such is life in Montauk!
Such a friendly staff, beautiful property, large clean rooms with the most comfortable beds in all of Montauk! And I’ve stayed at pricey hotels like Marram and Kenny’s was nicer for the value!!
It was a beautiful boutique hotel, so reasonably priced and fabulous location surrounded by lovely beaches snd restaurants.
