Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was prompt and delicious. The hotel and my room was spacious and clean, and I felt really safe and comfortable there. As someone who has had some nightmare hotel experiences - the Lerryn was absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful hotel set in large grounds. I was only staying for one night but there were loads of activities for longer stays. A very friendly, helpful lady on reception greeted me (my dog also thought she was wonderful). I had an u0graded room which was large and very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.
Falmouth's leading 4-star hotel occupies an unrivalled seafront setting, just metres from sandy beaches and the town centre.

What a super hotel in a super area, very clean and super friendly staff, this hotel is a must if you are coming to Falmouth. James the wonderful porter was really helpful and give us great recommendations on where to go in Falmouth. I think this hotel is a little gem. I travel a lot and it is the people that make your day, so thank you!

The bedrooms were very warm and damp, probably due to the proximity to the swimming pool. The rooms really need a clean and the cleaners need to know to dust the top of items, like the mirrors and radiators. These hadn't been cleaned for ages!
Just 1.2 miles from Falmouth town centre and harbour, the Penmere Manor Hotel offers stylish rooms and an award-winning restaurant. Free WiFi and free parking are available.

Good informative free guide available from tourist information office - helped us choose activities that would make the most of our short stay.
Good choice of shops and restaurants. The sea/river is constantly present. The views across the water are amazing..
Recommend taking one of the ferries to the other side - St. Mawes, the gardens ........
The National Maritime museum is fascinating and warrants a second visit

Falmouth is a hilly town but has lots to offer for all age groups if you can walk up hills. The town is like most other towns with many empty shops sadly but there are still lots of shops and independent shops. The art gallery was a bit disappointing although the building it was in is beautiful. The Museum is good value for money and you can return any time within the year once you have paid entrance fee. Falmouth is very close to lots of other nice places in Cornwall. You can easily walk from the train station into town. I ate at Verdant Tapas bar and another Tapas bar outside of town, you cannot pre book at Verdants. The town is a bit tatty in places but it adds to its character! Lots of places to eat to cater for all peoples tastes!

The "Sabzi" cafe is great for vegan persian themed food, daily changing menu, a sample box is enough food for two people two meals. The Charity shops have more men's wear than most: Jackets, Shoes.

I love having a variety of safe sandy swimming beaches with calm waters ideal for paddleboarding, kayak exploration. Great range of places to eat, lots of options for vegans. Always some type of live music on somewhere. Good vibe to the town. Ideal location to explore the surrounding area by foot. A must visit is the Wilder Kitchen, such a gem serving delicious Thali. Also Castle beach cafe for takeaway breakfast or lunch and Ciuri Ciuri for the best italian Gelato (always great vegan choices too)

Falmouth is a compact sea-side town with plenty of restaurants and a thriving arts community. While one can easily walk around Falmouth there are also many attractions within a short drive. Taxis are also readily available.
The tone was set for our 2-day visit by cheerful and welcoming Beccy with her wealth of local knowledge. Our straightforward room was well furnished, comfortable bed and had sufficient electric outlets. A small clean bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was a standard "full English", made more enjoyable by the sea view and warm attention from Fiona. The hotel is well located for the main beach and a nice walk above it, around the castle and down into town.
The hotel room itself was clean. We didn't use the kitchen but when we poked our head in it looked clean. The price was good for Falmouth. The room was spacious and had what we needed for a short stay. The door codes were helpful as we didn't need to bring an actual door key around with us. The car park was up a steep angle for our poor little car, but it was good that there were spaces. The bathroom was small but nice.
Our room was spectacular, with stunning views in two directions, beautifully appointed and decorated. Breakfast was perfect every day 7 days in a row. Sharon and Nigel were so friendly and anticipated our needs and wants. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in day and night. It's a 6-7 minute walk to the beach, 12 minutes to the Falmouth University campus, and 15 minutes to many of the great restaurants in town.
Compact but pleasant double room on the ground floor with no sea view but French windows opening onto a little patio so great. Good breakfasts with a sea view! Fab location: on the sea front so Gyllyngvase Beach was right near by and we could also walk into Falmouth.
We were able to park in the hotel car park which was great, although there was free roadside parking available if we'd needed it.
The hotel staff were amazing. We had a meal for my Granddaughter's 18th Birthday food was good. She stayed over for the night. She said the room was really nice. The staff left a card and chocolates in her room. How thoughtful of them. She also had a spa treatment and enjoyed that the lady who did her massage was lovely.
Well done Falmouth Hotel we all had a lovely day 😊
A spacious family room, with the added bonus of a small kitchen area. Accessing the room was easy and there were many free parking places in front of the house (meaning that we didn't need to take advantage of the parking spaces provided at the rear). The hotel is situated just a short walk away from Falmouth harbour and all of the delights that it offers.
Main facilites of hotel were good. Hotel garden was nice to sit in, the nearby beach nice and also the beach cafe. A well kept park at the beach level was also good. Location good, for visting tourist attractions and could walk into Falmouth or along the cliff path.
Breakfast good, the evening meal menu was the same every day with no specials, bar nice.
Situated within minutes to the town center and with breath taking views over Falmouth hourbour, Cotswolds House is the perfect place to stay. The room was sensational and the hosts could not have been more hospitable. The breakfast was faultless and I can't wait to return for another visit.
We had an amazing time in Falmouth. The hotel is located in the docs surrounded by a lot of hip bars and shops. The staff was very friendly and professional, our dinner and breakfast was absolutely magnificent with a great few at the harbour and the sea. Phenomenal!
Highcliffe was in an amazing location - really easy to walk to the centre of Falmouth or to the beaches in the other direction. The hotel was nicely decorated and the parking was good too with very clear communication on check in times etc too.
Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel cleanliness very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Food very good. Staff accomodating, we switched one of our booked evening meals to a lunch, without any quibbling.
Very easy to find. Lovely situation. Staff were all very polite and helpful. They gave me a space in the garage under the hotel as I have a problem knee. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food excellent.
Gorgeous little house, beautifuly decorated in the heart of Falmouth with everything you need. We loved our stay and will definitely be back, great communication throughout.
