Located in the centre of picturesque Napier, this luxurious 5-star hotel is located in the center of the Art Deco Precinct.

Tasteful, well appointed and with added little touches of comfort and consideration that were much appreciated and added to the experience - the music on the old wireless in the lobby, the complimentary fruit and wine and port in the library. I absolutely adore Napier. I travel from Feilding to visit my partner who is a fishermen. I take full advantage of all the amazing activities for my 2yr old daughter to enjoy. From the parks, lookout, visiting the aquarium to even visiting the 6 legged Sheep.

Interesting art deco architecture. The CBD is very walk-able. Good shops and restaurants; we highly recommend Mister D's bistro. Great central location for exploring the Hawke's Bay wine region.

Attended a concert at McLean Park, Napier is so compact it was an easy enough walk. Great eateries, restaurants and wineries. Also some nice stores although some of them were a bit pricey. So many towns and sights are close to Napier and is appropriate for children and adults of all ages. Warning, you definitely need more than just a couple of days!

Napier is a BIG little town with plenty to see and do and lots of seaside walks and inner cycle pathways to explore. Nicely laid out and good places to eat. The reason why big trucks drive through town centre is baffling as there is a bypass to the port and is noisy and ruins the vibe. The significant gang presence in Napier is concerning, they are everywhere and are rude, aggressive, intimidating and seem to revile in their pathetic existence to annoy others.

We stayed here for the Napier Art Deco festival and the location was perfect with lots of free parking which was a real bonus as the town was very busy and many streets closed for the festival. Wonderful hotel with great staff very helpful and friendly. The room on the 5th floor end of corridor was brilliant with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides the views were fab - in fact I watched the air display from there and had a closer view than people on the ground! We did not use the restaurant but did have breakfast at the swimming pool cafe opposite which was lovely and the Masonic Hotel which was also great. The location was a few minutes walk from the centre of the town so ideal We would absolutely stay here again but you need to book early for the festival in February - we booked in June the year before!

It's unfortunate that Napier, due to still struggling from the storms last year and the harvest staff requiring lodgings, it is very difficult to get reasonable accomodation. We visited Napier several years ago and absolutely loved it.

Breakfast was not included but there was some beautiful muesli and fruit available . A good range of different teas to choose from.. The bed was very comfortable. A good size shower and nice big towels. Some lovely products in the bathroom. Everything we needed was available. A quiet hideaway studio, perfect for a couple. Close to good restaurants, the waterfront & a short drive to town. Alice was very friendly making sure we had everything we required. Would go back again next time we are in Napier.

Right opposite the sea. Easy walk into Napier centre. Napier is just gorgeous with all the are deco buildings and the care they have given to making the sea frontage beautiful. Coloured fountains at night etc. Motel well appointed. Welcoming staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Great shower. Enough mugs, plates etc. Bed very good and a balcony to look at the sea. Although on the road to town, hardly any cars came through at night so peaceful. Off road parking. Would recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Units are spacious and comfortable - we had a one bedroom unit that had wall bed in the lounge which was great to free up room. Lots of family facilities like pool with a slide, spa pool (new !), games room with pool table, table tennis, playstation. To make laundry easier they even have a large clothes line out the back and smaller airing racks. Very handy to Taradale shops, New World and Anderson Park and 10 minute drive to Napier city.

We had a room with a beautiful sea view but unfortunately Cyclone Gabrielle hit Napier on Monday night. Gagah, motel manager was exceptional in keeping us up to date. Letting us stay longer as all roads from Napier were closed. He provided a bbq and gas to enable cooking and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank or praise him enough for his help and support during a very difficult time especially as he had his own family to worry about.

Location was great, oceanfront with no road in front of the hotel, a broad lawn from the room to the beach, quiet, peaceful. A few minutes to the downtown. Room was spacious with a sitting area, couch. There was a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glassware, and a sink. Bath had a jetted tub and plenty of hot water. Staff, Stephanie and Desiree were helpful and attentive. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

I didn't like this hotel.... I LOVED IT!!!! The lady at the front desk was super friendly, and my check-in was nice and quick and not a headache like the other hotels I've stayed at where they asked me a billion questions. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in napier. My bed was super comfortable, and my room was actually bigger than i expected which was brilliant.

SeaBreeze is a perfect location, right across from the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and some local sites such as the Napier Prison tours. Guido was super friendly and walked me to my room and showed me everything I needed to know, including complimentary breakfast in the mornings. This was a very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend.
